Area 4 Of the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Democratic Committee consists of Collegeville Borough, Limerick, Lower Providence, Royersford, Skippack, Trappe Borough, Upper Providence, and Worcester. Our meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of the month at the IBEW building 3900 Ridge Pike Collegeville Pa. 19426 (Lower Providence side of River) at 7pm.
